Chinese Lacquer Opium Bed

Beautiful large antique Chinese Lacquer Opium Bed, black with red and golden inscriptions, drawings, and ornamental carvings, both, in bas-relief and open works. Fully decorated inside and outside , all around. Great show piece, yet solid and big enough for use. This bed was imported from China and is probably 100 years old (concluding from inscriptions). Must be seen to be appreciated.

Mandalay Buddha

Tall standing, solid teak wood, black lacquer covered Mandalay Buddha, white face. Certified by Boorisoothi Gallery in Chiang Mai (acquired 1984) as original 18th century.
Measurements: the figure is 185 cm tall, standing on carved lotus pedestal (19 cm) all mounted on a teak wood base (20 cm), the robe is 76 cm wide.
